Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 1 frozen medium Banana
  • 1 scoop Cinnamon Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter

Cooking Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender for a minute. Then enjoy! For this recipe, Muscle Guage Pure Whey Protein Isolate cinnamon bun flavor was used.
