Vegan foods that burn belly fat

Even vegans can have fat in unwanted areas, more specifically belly fat. Just because you don’t eat animal products doesn’t mean you are necessarily eating the right foods. Over eating and especially over eating the wrong foods can lead to extra inches around the waistline. Listed below are vegan foods that can help whittle down your waistline just in time for bikini season.
• Oatmeal: rich in fiber and keeps you full longer. Avoiding the sugar filled breakfast foods will keeps your body from producing too much insulin, which causes you to have more sugar cravings.
• Pumpkin seed powder: contains all eighteen of the amino acids that burn fat and build muscle. You can add it to healthy fruit smoothies.
• Almonds: snacking on twenty four almonds throughout the day will curb your hunger .
• Flax seeds: contains omega 3’s which help prevent your body from producing Cortisol, a fat storing hormone that is produced when you are under stress.
• Green veggies: Spinach and broccoli are loaded with fiber and calcium, which helps break down fat and may help keep it from forming.
• Whole grains: 100 percent whole grains are a good source of fiber. But they are simple sugars, so watch your portions.
• Avocados: contain heart healthy mono saturated fats and eleven to seventeen grams of fiber.
• Cannellini beans: highest of all the legumes in resistant starch. A unique fiber that digests slowly causing your body to burn more calories.
• Peanut butter: high in niacin which help keeps your digestive system working properly and prevents belly bloat. It is high in fat. Watch portion size two tablespoons per day.

Avoid “white processed foods” they are stripped of all fiber and nutrients. All that is left is sugar.
Don’t skip meals, when you feel hungry your body is producing Ghrelin, an appetite stimulating hormone. Keeping yourself full with fiber, protein and foods with good fats will drop the level of Ghrelin and help keep you from over eating.
